Seeing the growth in demand for HDPE nets in Indian market over last couple of years, they have come together to produce high quality Fishnets at a competitive price. The company will also have expertise in manufacturing and marketing, as Mr. Narayan Naik has 40 years experience in plastic extrusion, twisting and net making and Mr. Vassudev Ghodge has 35 years experience in marketing of fish nets with ready network of dealers across India.

Manufactoring Process
Granfisher Nets Pvt. Ltd. uses high quality virgin HDPE granules of specific MFI for extrusion of monofilament yarn. Breaking strength , denier and elongation are checked on tensile testing machine at regular intervals to keep strict watch on quality of yarn. Yarn is converted to twine from sizes 0.50mm to 4.00 mm on our doublers and twisters to various sizes keeping strict parameters of the Twist Per Meter (TPM). This has proved our quality of yarn to be the best in the market. Accurate denierage of our twine gives perfect length to weight ratio resulting in cost benefit to our customers. We produce net for fishing, agriculture and safetynet of mesh size 12mm to 20000 mm on our imported net making machines. This net is manufactured under the supervision of highly skilled workers. This net goes through strict quality check by our net mending skilled workers on our net mending machine. Net goes through process of depth stretching on our 50 meters long machine which is steamed for 45 minutes and stretched from both sides by 50 Metric Ton hydraulic cylinders. Then it goes through process of length stretching under controlled heat. These two processes make knots tight to give long life under tough conditions to our nets. We pack our net length way making it easy to use from bags. Our net gives you value for money.
